  • What do I do in case of defective or miscarriage?

    In case of defective or miscarriage, shipping costs shall be borne by ShionLe,

    and please leave the message on the board or contact customer service center for immediate attention.

  • How much is the return and exchange shipping charge?

    If you exchange or refund for buyer's choice, the return shipping fee is 5,000 won,

    and if there is a problem with the product or if the product is delivered in error, the round-trip shipping fee will be charged on ShionLe.

  • How can I request for a return exchange?

    Tell us what to return on the inquiry board or customer service center,

    or please follow Member Login > My Page > Order List > Click Order Number > Click [Return Button] for return item and it will guide you how to return products.

  • How long does it take to ship?

    Delivery period : 2~7 days

    Delay and out-of-stock may result due to supplier circumstances.

    We will contact you individually for products that require additional receiving and are out of stock.

  • How much is the shipping cost?

    Shipping is 2,500 won by Hanjin courier. FREE Shipping applies to purchases over 30,000 won.

  • I made a deposit but it appears as not deposit.

    - When the name of the depositor and the order form do not match

    - When the deposit amount is less or more than the order amount

    - When the bank information input on order form and deposit bank are different


    We cannot check deposit information automatically if information on the order form and deposit information are different as shown above,

    so please contact the inquiry board or customer service center and we'll take care of it quickly.

  • I made a deposit, but the order was canceled.

    It will be automatically canceled, if the information of sender and the order form do not match and cannot confirm within 7 days.


    If canceled, please contact us on the inquiry board or customer service center and we will help you with your request quickly.

  • When is the deadline of making a deposit without a bankbook?

    If the deposit check is not confirmed by 7 days after completing the order, it will be automatically canceled.

    If the deposit confirmation is delayed, please contact the customer service center. We‘ll check it out quickly.

  • Can I purchase it as a non-member?

    Yes. Non-member are available to purchase products.

    In case of non-members, you can confirm your order only with the order number,

    and if you do not remember the order number, please contact the customer service center.

    It will be more convenient to use if you sign up as a member.

  • I lost my password. What should I do?

    Find a password on the login page >> Enter ID/ Name/ E-mail or Cellphone number

    Please log in after completing your mobile phone verification or receiving your password via email.

    If login fails, please contact customer service center and we will check it.
